FEK-06M is the latest mini crimping machine developed by FEIERKE Company. It is suitable for medium and small production for crimping terminals with flexible and easy operation. The spare parts of the crimping machine are made by special alloy steel with smooth surface after precision stamping and heat treatment. The crimping die sets are made of super hard tool steel with long lifetime, exact dimension and excellent crimping effect. One crimping machine is supplied with one set of crimping dies (the crimping dies can be selected according to customers’ requirement). The company has many kinds of crimping die sets for crimping different kinds of terminals.

Operating diagram

(1) Put the stripped insulated conductor into the terminal
(2) Put the terminal in the corresponding crimping die sets, then step down the foot air valve,
release the air valve after the completion of the crimping.
(3) When replacing the crimping die sets, shut off the air source firstly for avoiding the risk caused by
improper operation. Then unscrew the screw on the protection cover.
(4) Remove the protection cover.
(5) Replace the required crimping dies on the fixture, then install the protection cover again
